YOGA

Yoga is one of the most recognized ways for enhancing the state of our mind and body. A few minutes of a yoga during the day is helpful in enhancing and maintaining good health and personality. Practising yoga improves physical health, excess energy and relieves tiredness. The school facilitates one hour of yoga practice session everyday for the students under the training of expert yoga teachers.
